Umatilla County covers a large area (3,200 square miles) which is the location of 12 incorporated cities. The County has a wonderful, rich history and the cities located here contribute to the background of the County. It was determined that some cities do not currently have a website where land use information, plans, applications, maps, etc. are readily available for review.
