- County Candidates to file Voters' Pamphlet with Local Elections Official - August 25, 2026
- Military and Overseas Voters Mail Date - September 18, 2026
- Ballot Drop Boxes will be Opened - September 21, 2026
- Out of State Voters Mail Date - October 5, 2026
- Voter Registration Cutoff Date - October 13, 2026
- Mail Ballot Mail Date - October 14, 2026
- Last Day Ballot Replacements will be Mailed - October 29, 2026
- Election Day - November 3, 2026 - Last day for voter to return ballot. Ballots that are mailed, must be postmarked by election day. Ballots deposited in an official drop box must be received by 8 pm. Umatilla County Clerk Election office will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
