Remember – must be in line by 6:00 P.M. Parade
starts at 6:30 P.M. Sharp!
Designate one (1) person from your group to pick-up
your number at the registration table.
There is to be no less than 15 feet between the entries in front and behind you.
If you are a big group not coming together, you need to be dropped off at the corner of Highland and First Street and then walk to the staging area.
No water/squirt guns are allowed.
NO THROWING of any candy, from ANY unit or trailer, golf carts, etc. However, if you choose to do so you will be assuming all risks and liability for your action as well as being asked to leave the parade. It is mandatory that you have a walker handing the candy out.
No hot rodding/burning rubber, or racing during the parade.
HORSES SHOULD BE ON DRY FEED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO PARADE.
No persons under 16 years of age will be allowed to drive any motorized vehicle.
Helmets will be required on any electric or gas scooter, pocket bike, mini motorcycle, moped, segway, electric assisted bike, bicycle, skateboard/skate scooter, ATV, motorcycles, and roller/in-line skates as Oregon Law States.
No stopping in route to perform.
ENTRIES WILL ASSEMBLE AT STAGING AREA IN PARKING LOT SOUTH
OF THE FAIRGROUNDS. HORSE GROUPS WILL PARK AND ASSEMBLE AT
THE WEBER FIELD PARKING AREA OFF OF FIRST STREET.
** ALL ENTRIES MUST BE IN
LINE BY 6:00 P.M. **
Dispersal of Parade: On Locust between 3rd and 4th
Street.
** If you register Friday, you will be put at the end of the parade **
*** Fair Office does not call and confirm that you are in the parade. You may call and confirm your entry has been received the week of the parade.***

THE EAST OREGONIAN AND HERMISTON HERALD AS WELL AS POSTED IN
THE FAIR OFFICE. WINNERS!
PLEASE COME BY & PICK UP YOUR RIBBON IN THE FAIR OFFICE!
IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER FAIR THEY WILL BE
MAILED!
