REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
USED LOWBOY
Umatilla County is requesting
proposals for the
purchase of a used Lowboy trailer 2000 or newer. The trailer is to be
rated
between 50 and 55 tons with detachable gooseneck and on board hydraulic
pump
and system.

Umatilla County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all
prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and reserves the
right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed
to be in the public interest.
